1. Is my preferred wedding date available at il Giardino?
We’d be happy to help check availability. As preferred dates, especially weekends, tend to be reserved early, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible. Our wedding team can also arrange a tentative hold while you finalise your plans.
2. What is the minimum spending or minimum number of guests required?
Our wedding packages are designed to suit celebrations of different sizes, from intimate solemnisations to larger receptions of up to 145 guests. Minimum spend requirements vary depending on your selected date and timing, and our wedding specialists will guide you accordingly.
3. What is the maximum capacity at il Giardino?
Capacity varies depending on your event format:
Banquet Style: Up to 145 guests (86 indoors, 59 outdoors)
Cocktail Reception: Up to 200 guests
4. What does your wedding package include?
Our wedding packages generally include:
– A bespoke Western four-course menu curated by our culinary team
– Beer, bottled wines, and free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea
– Access to in-house AV facilities including microphones, projector, and sound system

5. Can we bring in our own vendors (florists, photographers, decorators)?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to engage your own florists, photographers, decorators, and preferred vendors. If helpful, we’re also happy to recommend trusted partners familiar with our venue.
6. Do you have wet-weather backup options?
Yes. We know Singapore weather can be unpredictable, which is why our outdoor terrace is fully sheltered to ensure your celebration continues comfortably regardless of the weather.
7. What are the payment, deposit, postponement, and cancellation policies?
A booking deposit is required to confirm your wedding date, with the remaining balance payable on the event day. Should plans change, our team will assist with available postponement options. Full cancellation details will be provided in your agreement.
8. Do you cater to special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.)?
Yes — we cater to a variety of dietary preferences and requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meal requests with prior notice. While our kitchen is not halal-certified, halal meal arrangements can be made through our trusted partners.
9. Can we have a food tasting before confirming?
Yes. Couples with confirmed wedding bookings may enjoy a menu tasting session before finalising their selections.
10. How long is the venue booking for?
Our standard wedding package includes:

Yes! Weekday and lunch celebrations are ideal for couples seeking a more intimate experience or added value. Speak to our team to find out about current offers.
14. Is there a cutoff time for music and celebrations?
Our standard event timings conclude at:

15. Will I have a dedicated wedding coordinator?
Yes. Around two months prior to your wedding, a dedicated wedding specialist will be assigned to support planning and coordinate all final arrangements for a seamless celebration.
16. How far in advance should we book?
Many couples book between 6 to 18 months ahead, especially for peak weekend dates. If your timeline is shorter, reach out — we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.
17. What if my guest numbers change?
Guest numbers can naturally shift as RSVPs come in. Our team will guide you through minimum guarantees and assist with adjustments closer to your event date.
18. Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Guests may park at Cluny Park Gate Carpark, and the venue is also conveniently located a short walk from Botanic Gardens MRT.
19. Do you offer accommodation packages for out-of-town guests?
While accommodation is not included, we work with nearby hotel partners including St. Regis Hotel, Fullerton Hotel, and Fullerton Bay Hotel, and may extend corporate rates for wedding guests.
20. Are pets allowed at the venue?
Yes, pets are welcome on our outdoor terrace. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we allow up to two small to medium-sized pets per wedding celebration.
21. How do I arrange a site visit?
